Who Builds WinnerScript

Founders

WinnerScript was created by two people whose profiles are almost comically complementary.

Marcin draws constellations. Ingenuity, Observer, and Sovereignty — all at 5.0 — mean maximum idea generation, meta-pattern perception, and a total refusal to follow someone else’s blueprint. He designed the theoretical skeleton of WinnerScript: 48 instincts, five elements, three flow phases, and R.I.F.T. diagnostics. His Closure is 1.83. The constellations are brilliant. Shipping them to the world is a separate story.

Marek breaks codes. Alliance, Inner Compass, Synthesis, and Trickster — all at 5.0 — mean deep-bond capacity, unshakable direction, invisible-thread integration, and insight delivered through intellectual guerrilla tactics. For years he read human behavior professionally, then asked: what happens if I point the same lens at myself? His Welcoming is 3.0. The door is narrow. The loyalty behind it is absolute.

Their profiles are public. Their uncomfortable scores are visible. Marcin’s Grounding is 2.50. Marek’s Closure is 3.50. Neither pretends the map shows only flattering terrain.

That is the point. WinnerScript was not built by people who had already figured everything out. It was built by people who wanted a better tool to figure things out.

Both of them believe the other one is right roughly 60% of the time. That is probably healthy.

Marek J. — The Codebreaker ⚡

Marek spent years doing something most people only know from movies: decoding human behavior in real high-stakes situations. As a professional investigator, he learned to read what people say, what they do not say, and the space between those two things.

Then he turned that same lens on himself and discovered something uncomfortable: seeing patterns in others does not automatically mean understanding your own.

That tension gave birth to WinnerScript. Together with Marcin, he built a system that does what Marek used to do intuitively — showing where energy flows freely and where it gets stuck, jams, or disperses. At the same time, it translates that process into a tool accessible to anyone willing to spend an hour in honest confrontation with themselves.

His WinnerScript profile is public. Four instincts reach 5.0: Alliance, Inner Compass, Synthesis, Trickster. Lowest score: Welcoming at 3.0. He is the kind of person who would cross a desert for you — once you are on his side. Getting in is the hard part.

He is fine with that. And he is also working on it.

“If your own tool does not make you uncomfortable, it was not built properly.”

Marcin O. — The Constellation Architect 🌌

Marcin is the type of person who looks at a star-filled sky and instantly starts seeing lines between stars. Not because he invents connections — because he actually sees them.

His mind operates at the intersection of creativity, depth, and uncompromising quality. Ingenuity generates ideas at maximum intensity (5.0). Observer detects meta-patterns and hidden dependencies (5.0). Sovereignty makes him build his own constellations, never someone else’s (5.0). Optimizer (4.67) does not let anything ship until it reaches a standard most people would call excessive.

The result is a framework that did not take shortcuts. 48 instincts across five elements, three flow phases for each, R.I.F.T. diagnostic patterns, Circuit Masquerade, Spread Score. Not because complexity is a virtue by itself. Because humans are complex, and systems pretending otherwise usually sell simplification as truth.

His lowest scores? Closure at 1.83 and Grounding at 2.50. He builds dazzling constellations suspended in the air. That is exactly why Marek stands next to him — to give architecture a foundation and push the star-map into the real world.

Together they form what WinnerScript would call complementary flow: Marcin draws the constellation. Marek breaks the code that makes it readable.

“Any map simpler than the territory is trying to sell you something.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the questions that most often come up while exploring WinnerScript.

Who are the creators of WinnerScript?

WinnerScript is built by two founders: Marcin O. (pattern architect, system integrity, design and technology) and Marek J. (narrative lead, positioning, copy). Complementary strengths build a practical map, not a dogma.

Why do the creators show their faces?

Because a tool of this kind must have specific people standing behind it, not an anonymous corporation. WinnerScript is a synthesis of many philosophical and psychological traditions. Responsibility for that synthesis is personal. Transparency about who made it is the minimum a user deserves.

Why should I trust WinnerScript?

We build trust through three things: we show our faces, we cite our sources (Berne's transactional analysis, Wilson's Maybe Logic, Murray, Hogan), and we operate under Maybe Logic (openly saying we can be wrong). We do not claim WinnerScript is infallible. We claim it is honest.

Do the creators of WinnerScript share one viewpoint?

No. We intentionally work from complementary perspectives. Marcin sees system and pattern. Marek sees narrative and cultural context. Deliberate friction between these viewpoints is a quality safeguard. One of us will not push an idea if the other raises doubt.

Is WinnerScript developed by a larger team?

The two founders are the core. We collaborate with external subject-matter consultants, translators, and specialists in specific areas (transactional analysis, Ayurveda, neuropsychology). Model decisions stay with the two founders, which guarantees consistency.

Can I collaborate with the WinnerScript creators?

Yes. Partnership proposals, integration with coaching programs, research collaboration, and media work are handled through [email protected]. We do not accept proposals to white-label for HR candidate filtering. All other formats are open to conversation.
