About us
Who we are and why WinnerScript exists
Mission before labels
WinnerScript grew from a simple conviction: many people are not lost because they lack potential. Often, they are lost because they spent years learning to live by a map they did not choose. We do not want to tell people who they are. We want to give them a map that helps them check which roads may truly be theirs.
That is why we are not building another test that says, "you are this type." We are building a tool that may help you see where your energy is actually looking for a path. Where you work against yourself. Where you try to win someone else's game. And where your own movement might begin.
Our mission is to help people return to themselves without labels, without pressure to fit, and without pretending that one answer works for everyone. WinnerScript should be a compass, not a cage. A map, not a verdict. An invitation to check what in your life truly wants to keep moving.
Two founders, one compass
WinnerScript may have started as a question: what if you could see where your energy moves freely, and where it might narrow, without being sorted into a fixed type?
Marcin and Marek built it as a working map, not a verdict. Marcin tends toward structure, models, and product craft. Marek tends toward reading people, context, and the story that makes a pattern usable. That pairing is probably why the platform exists at all.
We do not claim to have figured everyone out, including ourselves. We operate in Maybe Logic: the profile is a snapshot, one lens among many, and you are always larger than any map. If something in your report resonates, it might be worth exploring. If it does not, you may set it aside.
We cite our sources openly, show our faces, and invite disagreement. That is probably the minimum honesty a tool like this deserves.
Marek J.
Co-founder · narrative, positioning, human pattern reading
Marek works as a private investigator and in open-source intelligence: finding signal in information that is often already visible, but easy to misread without the right questions. Years of training in psychology, communication, and influence taught him to listen to what is said, notice what is left out, and treat certainty as something to earn, not perform.
At some point he turned the same lens inward. The uncomfortable part was not that other people are complex. It was that seeing patterns in others may not automatically mean understanding your own.
That tension helped shape WinnerScript. With Marcin, he helped turn an intuitive way of reading flow and friction into a structured process: 48 instincts, five elements, three flow phases, and R.I.F.T. as a language for where movement might stall. The goal was never to label you. It was to give you a clearer starting point for an honest hour with yourself.
In the product, Marek focuses on narrative, positioning, and making sure the language stays human: useful, direct, and free of guru certainty.
If your own tool never makes you pause, it may not have been built honestly enough.
Marcin O.
Co-founder · software engineer, model architecture, product design
Marcin is a professional software engineer. Day to day he builds systems that have to work under real constraints: data models, APIs, interfaces, and the unglamorous work of making complex ideas runnable in code.
That mindset shaped WinnerScript from the inside. He designed the theoretical spine of the model: 48 instincts across five elements, three flow phases per element, R.I.F.T. diagnostics, spread scoring, and the rules that keep the questionnaire and scoring deterministic before any AI narrative runs. If the map feels precise, it is probably because someone who ships software insisted on precision.
He also cares about visual and conceptual coherence: how the model is presented, how definitions stay consistent, and how the experience stays legible without pretending simplicity where humans are not simple.
His WinnerScript profile leans toward pattern design, meta-view, and creative sovereignty. We mention that as orientation, not as identity. Your profile may look nothing like his, and that may be exactly the point.
With Marek, the complementary loop is straightforward: Marcin may draw the constellation. Marek may help translate it into language people can actually use.
Any map simpler than the territory might be trying to sell you something.
How we work together
We deliberately keep two perspectives in the room. One of us will probably see the system. The other will probably see the story. We may disagree, and that friction may be a feature, not a bug.
Model decisions stay with the two of us, with selected experts when a topic needs depth we do not have. We collaborate with consultants in transactional analysis, neuropsychology, Ayurveda, translation, and other fields that inform the model without owning it.
